Cancellation policy: Applies to bookings made on Nexø Hostel's own website.
You can cancel your booking up to 14 days before arrival. In this case you will get your money back minus an administration fee of DKK 200.00 per room. If cancelled later, the full amount will be charged to Nexø Hostel.
Terms and cancellation of the booking, applicable for groups and study trips
A group consists of a minimum of 10 people.
Free cancellation of the booking can be made from the booking date and 60 days forward. If cancelled after 60 days from the booking date and up to 30 days before the arrival date, Nexø Hostel will refund 50% of the total amount paid for the stay. If cancelled later than 30 days before arrival, the full amount will be refunded to Nexø Hostel.
