Payment and terms.

We look forward to seeing you at Nexø Hostel.

Sometimes  unforeseen events or changes in your vacation plans may occour. which is why may cancel your reservation up to 30 days prior to your arrival. In this case you will get a full refund, except an administration fee of DKK 200, - per room. If a cancellation happens less than 30 days prior to arrival,  no refund is given.

If you've booked your stay at our own website – confirmation and payment will be made immediately. On weekends and on holidays you can make changes to your booking by sending an e-mail to booking@nexohostel.dk.

If you have booked your stay through Booking.com or another online provider, we refer to the provider's own policy on "payment and terms".

When booking a stay by telephone or email, you will receive an order confirmation and a payment link by email from Nexø Hostel. Above cancellation rules apply.
